Frequently asked questions

Plain answers.

No inflated compliance promises and no mystery integrations.

Is ProviderOps NDIS compliant?+

ProviderOps supports common NDIS provider workflows. Billing checks help identify missing or unusual information, but they do not replace each provider’s compliance responsibilities.

Is it suitable for an independent support worker?+

Yes. A sole trader can use the same connected workflow without setting up an enterprise-style system. Team controls are ready when you grow.

Can workers see every participant?+

No. Worker access is designed to be limited server-side to assigned shifts and the participant information necessary to deliver them.

Does it include official NDIS prices?+

Not by default. Demo records are clearly labelled, and verified support-item data can be imported and versioned later.

Can I connect Xero or MYOB?+

The integration layer is prepared for accounting connections, but no integration is presented as live until it has been properly configured and verified.

Make the next shift easier to schedule, record and bill.

Bring your roster, service records and invoices into one workflow made for smaller NDIS providers.
